The Opale 15 electric deck ovens have been designed to meet the needs of bakers who wish to increase their baking capacity while facing the limitations of reduced floor space. With a loading width of 850mm over 5 decks and available in 3 deck depths, the Opale 15 offers the advantages of a baking surface area which has been increased from 7m² to 10m², enabling the number of baking trays per deck to be significantly increased. In order to fit into bakehouses with severely restricted space, the Opale 15 is the only electric deck oven on the market which can be built-in on 3 sides, with all maintenance work being carried out from the front. Possessing all the development features incorporated into previous products from the range, the Opale 15 oven guarantees high product quality, most notably thanks to a new high-performance steam unit which is capable of producing large and controlled amounts of steam. Energy savings from the optimization of the electrical output have been further improved by the excellent insulation of the Opale 15 oven. Particular effort has been made to minimize heat loss which can occur between the oven housings. Just like the other ovens in the Opale range, the Y15 model includes a separate electronic control module for the roof and deck, which now allows each deck to be managed separately for all control functions. This innovation has been made possible by adding a new front panel control unit which regulates heat levels from the steam unit. |
